Description

A very common and familiar 'weed'

Height: 15 - 45cm

Leaves: Broad, oval and strongly ribbed leaves that grow in a basal rosette on long stems.

Flowers: Tall thin flower spikes with tiny flowers. It is these flower spikes than give the plant it’s common name of "rat’s tails"

Stems: No stem. Leaves form a basal rosette.
